Our family loves Naples. My husband's parents live in Florida full-time and my parents snowbird here each winter, so it has become a special place for all of us to gather. There is always so much to do and the weather never disappoints — and now it's a place we're proud to share with guests who'll care for it the way we do.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the seasonal rental cost?
In season (November through April) the rate is $8,000 per month with a 3-month minimum. Stays longer than 3 months are discounted. Outside high season, rentals run $2,500 to $3,500 per month, also with a 3-month minimum. Collier County requires a 12% tax on all rentals under 6 months, which is already included in the rent.
Is the condo available outside of November through April?
Yes — we rent outside of high season as well. Off-season rentals run $2,500 to $3,500 per month, with the same 3-month minimum stay.
Is the condo pet-friendly?
Unfortunately no — the building's association does not allow pets, so we're unable to accommodate them for any stay.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Reach out directly and we'll do our best to work with your travel schedule — as a direct booking, we have more flexibility than a big rental platform.
How do I book, and how quickly will I hear back?
Send an inquiry through the contact form or call/text 847.668.9772. You'll hear back within 24 hours with real availability and next steps — no automated booking system in between.
What's included in the rental?
The home is fully furnished and turnkey — kitchen essentials, linens, WiFi, washer/dryer, and beach gear are all included. See the “What's Included” section above for the full list.
Why book directly instead of through a platform like Airbnb or VRBO?
Booking direct means no platform service fees, and you're in direct contact with your host — not a call center — for anything you need before or during your stay.
How do I pay, and what is the deposit schedule?
You can pay by credit card or ACH. For a season rental, a 50% deposit reserves your dates and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
We recommend travel insurance in the event of sudden illness or death. Refunds are available if you cancel more than 90 days before your check-in date; within 90 days of check-in there is no refund.
Is cleaning included, and can I add more?
The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Weekly or monthly cleaning during your stay is available for an additional charge.
What will I have for the beach?
Beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and a cooler are all provided for your use. You'll also find a curated guidebook of Naples favorites — restaurants, places to see, and personal scenic drives.

Directly across from Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, near Gulf Shore Boulevard — a short walk to the Gulf beaches and about a mile from 5th Avenue South dining in Old Naples.
What makes this a low-tox rental?
